Crystal Air collects personally identifying information about you only when you specifically and knowingly provide it to us. Your personally identifying information will not be used for any purpose other than to complete a specifically requested transaction.
Crystal Air in NO WAY shall we disclose any personal information provided to us to advertisers or others. Information that personally identifies you will be kept strictly confidential unless required by law to be disclosed.
Regarding credit card orders, Crystal Air uses a secure shopping cart which protects your privacy and is regarded as the safest system available.

Your experience returning your purchase will be very smooth and easy, please call for instructions and an RMA number. We have very few returns and will ask why you are returning the item simply so we can attempt to solve the problem for our present and future customers.
- RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS
- If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, call Crystal Air to get an RMA number and proper return procedures.
- COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS
- If you are not completely satisfied within 15 days of your purchase, call Crystal Air to get an RMA number and proper return procedures.
***NOTE: Pre owned ozone generator sales are final and do not qualify for the 30 day return policy.***
The following rules apply and must be followed
-Safety masks are non returnable for hygiene reasons.
-There is no returns on books once they have been opened.
-Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the items, any and all shipping or other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
-A restocking fee of 5% with a minimum of $25.00 will apply to all items being returned.
-All items being returned must be in like new condition. If the item being returned has been damaged, abused, or used excessively there will be a charge for that damage, use, or abuse. If the damage is not repairable the return policy is void.
-Any item being returned must be in the original packaging otherwise a packaging fee and/or higher shipping charges may apply.
-All free items or special offers must be returned with the product being returned for a refund. Alternately you may choose to pay for the free item or special offer if you wish to keep it.
-If you purchased an item with free shipping, the actual cost of the free shipping will also be deducted from the refund.

Failure do so could result in excess charges for shipping and possible delays in receiving your refund.
